Utkal Aerospace and Engineering, approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, offers a specialized three-year Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) program at its Bhubaneswar campus. Our course follows DGCA guidelines, combining theoretical learning with hands-on practical training to prepare students for a thriving career in aviation.

Utkal Aerospace & Engineering is backed by the Sha-Shib Group, the largest group in South Asia for imparting training in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering under CAR 147 (Basic)

The campus features an aircraft hangar with functional aircraft: a. Learjet 25B, fitted with a GECJ620 Turbojet Engine b. Beech Bonanza A-35, fitted with a Continental E-185-I Piston Engine
Enhanced learning experience in state-of-the-art classrooms.
Practical tie-ups with MAS-GMR and Air India provide real-world experience
UAE is also a DGCA-approved Aircraft Maintenance , Repair , and Overhaul (MRO) organization under CAR145.
The training at our organizations, regulated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation , Government of India, is in accordance with international standards.
Facilities include well-maintained instrument labs, electrical labs, radio navigation labs, jet engine and piston engine labs, airframe shops, machine shops, and other workshops, along side a technical library.
