The mentorship panel comprises esteemed figures from the aviation sector, including former officials from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), ex-Air Force personnel, licensed aircraft maintenance engineers, quality assurance specialists, responsible managers, certified trainers, aircraft maintenance and airworthiness supervisors, chief flight instructors, and academic scholars—including PhD holders and engineering professors.
The Centralised Academic Council at Sha-Shib Group consists of an elite team of professionals from its network of institutions, organisations, and MRO companies.
